OCEAN GRACE SANTIAGO is already a star in Panama City, Panama. Above, from left, Uncle Chris Cravens; Martin Torrejos, President of Panama; mother Bliss Cravens de Santiago holding Ocean Grace; Granmpa Don Cravens, father Christian de Santiago, and grandmother Elaine Cravens. Ocean Grace has many proud Cravens and Waggener kinfolks in Adair County as well as other parts of Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. Ocean Grace was born November 23, 2007, in Panama City, Panama. The occasion was Christmas Eve, 2007. "The President was a very big attraction," Grampa Don said, "even if he was upstaged by the new Santiago arrival."
