A LOT HAS HAPPENED SINCE THIS PHOTO was taken December 11, 2007, when the first beam was placed across Russell Creek for Garrison Construction Co, Inc. the bridge builders. Above, Daniel Stinson crosses toward the Adair County side. The farther bank is Green County. Construction is proceeding well ahead of schedule. The replacement was started October 1, 2007, with a completion target of six-months. Lewis Garrison, CEO of Garrison Construction, expects completion in a few day.
