Lost hunting dog found in Zion-Joppa neighborhood



2007-08-28 - Off KY 92, on Keen-Wilson Rd, Columbia, KY - Photo By Jim Harris. REUNITED! the owner and the dog have been re-united, Kim Slaven said in an email received August 29, 2007. Jim and Diana Harris sent this note with the photo above: "The dog Kim gave you information on has a collar with the following stamped on it . Keiling Jason 864-6740 . This information turns out to be Burkesville, KY." Kim Slaven had written, A brown and white male hunting dog, about 5-6 months old, has been found on Keen-Wilson Road off KY 92 in the Zion to Joppa area of Adair County. He was wearing a collarm but the number has been disconnected. Please call (270) 384-5192 to claim. If the owner has not claimed by Wednesday, August 29, 2007, anyone interested in a sweet pet can call. But he will be released only to a good home. We cannot keep hm because our dogs would hurt him."
