Carl Cassady, and Dan Eagle were holding the sign whilel Mark Hood and Marty Marcum drove the standard. Junior Brown, Adair County KHD Maintenance Supervisor, said that the signs had been ordered for two weeks. Local drivers had complained of impatient motorists using the shoulder to pass on the right.
