2007-07-23 - Frankie Burton Park, Tower Road of KY 206 - Photo By Ed Waggener.

Tony Burton cooked the 180 lb. hog which fed the multitude at the Slinker-Burton Huge Cookout on Sunday, July 22, 2007. "It's the first and last hog I'll ever cook," Burton said. "I got up at 4:00am to put it on, and we started serving at 11:00am." The hog was smoked to perfection on a machine which is now a permanent fixture at the park, a smoker bought from Doug Campbell. Guests at the S-BHC pronounced the hog excellent.
