2007 Adair Co. Fair: Billy Rowe officiates at drawing

Adair County Jaycee for 40 years and 1971 Fair president, Billy Rowe, spins the barrel of entries for the drawings of the cash giveaways at the 2007 Adair County Fair, July 14. This years $5000 winner is Rays Big Top Tent of Louisville, who provides the tents for the Fair. Second place winner of $3000 is Richard Swartz of Columbia. Third place winner of $2000 is Ruth Smith of Columbia, who is a an employee at Lindsey Wilson College.
