Picture from the Past: Bob Moss Double Cola, Hi-Point sign

2007-03-26 - Photo From Larry Smiths collection.
Larry Smith writes: This photo was made to advertise High Point, a favorite meeting place between Columbia and Campbellsville. The message under the Double Cola logo and "Stop at Hi-Point" was painted by a man named Bob Moss. Moss was the Greensburg Bottling Company's Double Cola sign painter for over 50 years. He who lived down the hill from WGRK in Greensburg. When I worked there, I would stop and say hey while while on my way to the radio station. To all the people who checkout Columbia magazine. I have lots of great photo's that I'll be happy to share with including old theatre photos from Columbia, Campbellsville and Greensburg. Those photo's are coming soon. If you have a photo of an old store or landmark in our community you can send it to me at larrysmith001@windstream.net. Larry Smith is Lar on the Air at WHVE FM 93.7, the Wave.
