Curtis Hardwick former Mayor of Columbia who now holds a high-level post in the Fletcher administration, and Donnie Butler, former Metcalfe County Judge Executive. Butler, who maintained a $12 million annual budget (with granstmanship) for Metcalfe County during his highly successful administrations, is now a consultant for cities and counties wanting to emulate the Metcalfe County story.
