MICHAEL A. LOY was formally inducted by Circuit Judge James Weddle into the office of Judge, 29th Judicial District, Division 1 in the event in inaugural ceremonies Sunday, December 31, 2006, at 2:00pm in the big courtroom in the Adair County Courthouse. Judge Loy's wife, Robin Cheatham Loy, with the Loy's daughter in her arms is holding the family Bible.
