Giles Festival 2006 was very successful

2006-10-09 - Knifley, Adair CO, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener. HARD WORK BY THE BOARD MEMBERS OF THE JANICE HOLT AND HENRY GILES FOUNDATION made for a perfect day Saturday, October 7th. People came from Adair and surrounding counties, and some from far away places to enjoy arts and crafts booths, food and music. Part of the enjoyment was simply being in the quiet, beautiful place that was home to the authors, Janice Holt Giles and Henry Giles, where they wrote and enjoyed life. (More photos and details will be posted later in the week, so please check back.)
