ED PIPALSKI WRITES: The New Bridge Project will not change the current flow of the creek as the bridge height will be lowered at the west bank and raised at the east bank approximately six inches (6"). The water level will reach the road bearing surface of the bridge as it does now at flood stage, as demonstrated in this photo. (Year should read 2006; dater on camera was correct for month and day).
