2006-08-08 - Milltown, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. EARLY MORNING FOG DRIFTING UP FROM RUSSELL CREEK hung over Milltown, obscuring the village from view from the Milltown United Methodist Church grounds, high above the town. The photo was taken early Monday morning, August 7, 2006. The church is located on Milltown Church Road, which links Milltown Road with KY 80 West, the Edmonton Road.
