The Columbia/Adair County Industrial Authority site master plan for Green River Commerce Park shows 11 lots, ranging in size for 10.2 acres to 63.3 acres available for immediate development. The Park has a total of 327.26 acres. The blue insert, above, also notes, This property will include all necessary utilities infrastructure along with an elevated water storage tank on site. Entry signs and beautiful landscaping will adjoin Highway 55 along with restrictive deeds and protective covenants or the site. Park development will include amenities and recareational facilities for businesses, their employees and families. Acreage is available in different configurations to meet the needs of clients. A major immmediate goal of CACIDA is to complete the roadways, raze old existing structures, and add low maintenance landscaping. The mini-park recreational area is in the yellow rectangle, bottom. It shows a lake with an island, a fishing pier, a pavilion, a playground, and a maintenance barn.
