To always to held at the roots, Columbia, Ky

Ray Randy Ewing, Indianapolis, composed this beautiful introductory to the registry maintained each year of the Willis Pig Roast. Then, the roasting of the pig. Realizing that digging the pit, preparing the pig, and starting the fire can be fun, the men go about the business of implementing asocial family event . . . that has grown to proportions that not even Fred or James could evnision on that early May Day, when the two of them (planned the first Willis 4th of July Pig Roast), he wrote, along with the wonderful 1st bylaw: To be always held at the roots, Columbia, KY. That's an article all of us lucky enough to call Columbia home ought to adopt.
