Overstreet receives honor as number-one lender



2006-07-02 - Columbia - Photo Linda Waggener. DARRELL OVERSTREET RECEIVED AN AWARD FROM GARY CROCKETT, Area Sspecialist with USDA Rural Development, Columbia office, last week. It was to honor him for being the number one lender from all 26-counties in the Rural Development Single Family Guarantee Home Loan Program in 2005. Overstreet said, "we really appreciate this award. Rural Development's Home Loan Guarantee program has been a real help to us." As co-owner of Key Mortgage Company, he says they are able to make loans over the entire state.
