2006-04-27 - Columbia, Adair CO, KY - Photo Staff. THE APPRAISALS ARE IN for the site chosen for the new Adair County Justice Center. This is a photo of the site from near the corner of Lindsey Wilson and Campbellsville Streets, with a close up of First Realty & Auction building. appraised at $250,000; Adair Muffler, on the corner and left in the photograph, was appraised at $125,00; and the third property which will have to be acquired is the green roofed house where Adair Florist is located, center in the photo, appraised at $150,000.
