New Justice Center Site from Columbia Cemetery

2006-01-21 - Columbia, Adair CO, KY - Photo Staff. The view of the chosen site for the new Adair County Justice Center, as seen from the Columbia Cemetery. The site includes tracts just beyond the privacy fence: To the right the two and one-half story green roofed Adair Florist, and left of that Adair Muffler, and closer to the fence and to the left of Adair Muffler, First Realty Building.
