2006-01-15 - Merchant & Monroe, Columbia, Adair CO, KY - Photo Staff. Here is a nother view of the site chosen for the new Adair Justice Center, this one from the corner of Merchant & Monroe Streets. To the left can be seen the back of the new First Realty Building. In the center is Adair Florist, and beyond that, on the corner of Merchant and Campbellsville Streets, Adair Muffler. The black roofline across Campbellsville ST in the background is Grissom Funeral Home.
