The Adair County 4-H Program will be holding its 14th 4-H Country Ham Auction starting at 5:30pmCT on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. This year, we have 34 4-H Youth who will be auctioning off country hams produced by the youth as part of their 4-H Country Ham project. Each youth has created a ham gift basket that will be auctioned off along with their ham. Above are the beautiful baskets prepared by Micah and Sarah Ellis.
