Adair Justice Center: Tops for now, Site Alternate 3

2005-12-01 - Columbia, KY - Photo Staff. TOPS FOR NOW. This site, Alternate 3, bounded by Campbellsville, Merchant, and Monroe Streets and the Columbia City Cemetery, is now one of the top three being considered by the Adair County Judicial Center Project Development Board. On a scale of 0 to 1.0, with 1.0 being the best, this 1.7 acres, m/l, has received the highest rating, .87, of any of the six sites now being considered. This site has moved into a Top Three standing. The rating scale is based on site cost, location to downtown, and acreage, according to Michael Hesse, project manager for the design engineering firm, DLZ, Kentucky, Frankfort.
