Jesse James Gang historian shares photo of Old Russell Building

2005-10-15 - The Square, Columbia, Adair County, KY - Photo Courtesy Paul Saeli Collection. Paul Saeli, West Seneca, NY is writing a book about the Jesse James Gang, which will have major emphais on their Columbia Robbery. (Yes, he's a True Believer.) This is the first of a few photos he'd like to share. He wrote, "I read a letter you recently published from Ann Heskamp Curtis asking for information about the Russell Building. I don't know much about the Russell Co. but I willing to share what I've got. Ann Curtis mentioned that the building was in the square." The building is on the corner of Jamestown ST. and the Square, and is now owned by David and Eva Rigney. Click here to connect to Ann Curtis letter on Kizzie Russell and Russell Building
