2005-03-12 - Adair County, KY - Photo Linda Waggener. GOD LETS KENTUCKIANS KNOW there's life after winter days before the calendar says spring is official with the appearance of Daffodils. They dot the countryside, defining old homeplaces from Knifley to Sparksville. The flower may look fragile but it fights its way through the harsh winds and spitting snow of the season change.
