Banner proclaims Sarah Withers is Miss Teen Kentucky!

2004-11-29 - Columbia, KY - Photo Linda Waggener. NEWS FROM THE SQUARE -- two things of note were going on today. One was the banner on the front of the courthouse proclaiming our own Sarah Withers the new Miss Teen Kentucky. We'll have more details later on that! Congratulations to Sarah and her family. Secondly, a team was at work in the top left balcony putting up Christmas decorations which should be ready to light up in the next day or so. This weekend is the annual Christmas in Columbia celebration.
