Storyfest enjoyed by students and families

2003-10-20 - Columbia, KY - Photo Linda Waggener. CAMERON MURRELL, left, was one of the author's helpers at Storyfest Friday night. He is the son of Mike and Michelle Murrell of Columbia. Dr. Lynwood Montell, center, is an author, storyteller and a WKU teacher who, he says, is fully "retarded now". At right is Storyfest assistant Todd Smith, son of Barry and Renee Smith of Fairplay. The two 7th graders were recruited by Ms. Kirkland. Dr. Montell's newest book is "Haunted Houses and Family Ghosts of Kentucky" which includes Adair and 102 other Kentucky county ghost stories.
