Richards Gets Warm Welcome

2003-04-11 - Columbia, KY - Photo Staff. A Majority of Adair County's elected Democratic officials are supporting Jody Richards for Governor. At the Richards for Governor Rally, April 11, at the Adair County Courthouse, are, from left above, Richards, Sheriff Steve Cheatham, PVA William M. Feese, Magistrate Terry Farris, Magistrate Wid Harris, and Circuit Court Clerk Dennis Loy. Magistrate Tony Loy, not present at the rally, is also supporting the local candidate for Governor.
