Country Ham Auction is Thursday Nov 6

2025-11-06 - Columbia, KY - Photo courtesy Ashley Curry. The Adair County 4-H Program will be holding its 14th 4-H Country Ham Auction starting at 5:30pmCT on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY.

This year, we have 34 4-H Youth who will be auctioning off country hams produced by the youth as part of their 4-H Country Ham project. Each youth has created a ham gift basket that will be auctioned off along with their ham.

Above are the beautiful baskets prepared by Micah and Sarah Ellis. Click 'read more' for lots of photos of the baskets available at the auction.
