The Deer family came back to the yard at dinnertime. There was a big mower going just across the fence but while the twins glanced back in its direction now and then, they stayed to dine.

CPD: Seeking information on vehicle

UPDATE: The CPD says the vehicle was found and donations have been returned.

The Columbia Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the operator of the vehicle pictured above. This afternoon parties pulled up to Columbia Christian Church on Campbellsville Street and removed items from a trailer which was being stocked to deliver goods to flood victims in Eastern Kentucky.
If anyone knows location or identity of operator please contact The Columbia Police Department by calling Adair County E911 Center at 270-384-6464.

Sue Stivers, synonymous with C-AC Chamber of Commerce

Downtown late shopping is Friday, August 5

Friday evening, August 5, 2022 - first Friday - will offer late shopping from 6-9pm on the Public Square in Columbia. This photo, from Caleb Irvin, shows the former Collins Drug corner building that has so much history and we hear, will be getting restoration work soon.

Ms. Evelyn Komosa of Columbia will celebrate her 100th birthday tomorrow, August 5, 2022. She was treated to early birthday lunch at the Mexican restaurant on the Square by her neighbors and friends.
