National Home Health Month proclamation
 2022-11-17 - Columbia, KY - Photo courtesy Mayor Pam Hoots. The Month of November has been proclaimed as National Home Care Month as the result of a proclamation issued by Columbia Mayor Pamela Hoots. MaLisha Hatcher, who is with the local Amedisys Home Health Care office, and the regional representative attended the signing. The proclamation says in part that home healthcare is a growing alternative to hospitalization for acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses. They provide care to millions of Americans each year.

Folks that aren't able to make the 3 mile hike to the Arch can drive to this second parking lot where the backside of the Arch is fully visible, about a mile away."
