Neighbors sworn in as District 21 State Representative 2022-12-20 - Metcalfe County, KY - Photo by Kim Harwood, Executive Director, Edmonton Metcalfe Chamber of Commerce. The Metcalfe County Courthouse on the Public Square in Edmonton was the site of the official swearing-in ceremony of new State Representative Amy Neighbors.
