Holloway Health and Wellness Center is a great place to start New Year's resolutions and begin feeling better. Hours Monday through Thursday are 6am to 10pmCT, Friday from 6am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, and Sunday from 2pm to 10pm.

The pool hours are Monday through Friday 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am to 12pm. Saturday 1pm to 3pm and Sunday 6pm to 8pm.

Mike writes, "I neglected sending these last week, taken on Friday, January 13, 2023. These are not the earliest, but only a few days later than my record, I think.

These warm sunny days encouraged them. But they will thrive even when we have more snow and cold."

Sunday morning breakfast, sans gravy

Mike writes, "Sunday morning breakfast saw the demise of my last two 'cheap' eggs, accompanied by biscuits, country ham, fried sweet potatoes and red eye gravy. No regular gravy--sad, but a sign of the new year. "
