Nikki Jolly is one of ten educators selected for the 2023-2024 Innovative Teacher Fellowship program.
Teachers were selected from applications across the state whose districts are members of the Kentucky Innovative Learning Network (KY ILN). KY ILN is a partnership between local school districts and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), providing a shared professional learning space for education leaders.

Soup and sandwich lunch for a good cause

It was a perfect fall day for the Trabue-Russell House soup and sandwich lunch and fellowship time Wednesday, October 18, 2023. Proceeds go to maintenance of the historic property. Lunch included White beans and cornbread, Chili and crackers, Kentucky Burgoo, Pimento Cheese Sandwich, Ham and Cheese Sliders, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies, Chess Bars, Brownies, Lemonade, Water and Fresh Apple Cider. Contributing chefs were Robert Flowers, Don and Betty Knifley, Mary Anne Loy, Susan Loy, Richard Phelps, Mike Watson and others.
