Wes Stone, ACES, wins 1st Place Statewide Short Story contest
 2011-05-25 - ACES, 870 Indian DR, Columbia, KY - Photo by Alan Reed. Wes Stone, representing Adair County Elementary School, won 1st place in the state for his short story, "K-9 Million". Wes competed in Grades 4-6 short story division. His homeroom teacher, Ms. Jennifer Kemp, presented him with his certificate.

Missing Cats: Binky and Chocolate from Johnson School Rd area

Missing from Johnson School Road area, near Fairplay, KY: Two dearly loved cats - Binky, white with black tail and black spots on head (brother to my crippled cat Skipper), and Chocolate, solid yellow tabby who is a sweet pet.
