These two mannequins appear almost lifelike in the window of M & P Variety Store. Fittingly, the display is in the part of the building which once housed the late Hattie Lee Willis' Dress Shop, a smart store for women's fashion, a ready-to-wear shop which complemented Herb Taylor's The Men's Shop, next door. Patriot Guard Senior Ride Captain Shawn O'Keefe of Bowling Green, KY, talked with Tudor Simpson, Indianapolis, IN, a cousin of Seth Akin before the funeral service today. O'Keefe led a detachment of at least 15 Patriot Guard Riders, who placed flag lines with a total of 30 U.S. Flags along Campbellsville and Reed Streets. During the funeral, the PGR took the flags down in Columbia and rearranged them at Antioch Cemetery for burial ceremonies, after which they returned to Columbia to provide a Patriot Guard Escort for the procession on it's seven mile route from Grissom-Martin Funeral Home to Antioch Cemetery, near Sparksville, KY.
