Annita Dial, seated in front, presented research tracing her family lineage more than 400 years back to Mayflower passenger John Howland, the subject of the book, "The Boy Who Fell Off the Mayflower." She recommends that everyone take time to trace and discover their own family histories. She also introduced her granddaughter Lariat, who is learning family research alongside her.
