The Boss of The Flatwoods Business District: Hoss

2012-06-23 - The Flatwoods, District 4, Adair County, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
Great Dogs of Adair County: People in The Flatwoods know better when Hoss Dog Reeder assumes a mendicant pose and implies, "They don't feed me anything at home," but they still believe the body language. The plain truth is that Hoss is, technically speaking, an honest panhandler. He never actually says, out loud, "They don't feed me anything at home," but he gets a lot of biscuits and sausage patties with the look. Hoss is The Flat Woods Business District field rep for Perry Reeder, the popular Fourth District Magistrate, who feeds Hoss all he needs, at home.
