Westlake red ink continues in June 2012

The red ink in financial statements, would have correlated to the red ink showing variance from Spectrum Health Partners projections for the current year budget. No financial statements were available, Rodger Klein, Spectrum Healthcare partner and interim CEO Rodger Klein wrote in a handout to member of the board and the media, because of problems in the changeover to NexGen computer system.

Hospital Tax Recall Petition filed with Adair Clerk


2012-07-31 - Photo photocopy from AC Clerk. This is a copy of the Hospital Tax Recall Petition filed by Victoria Pike, in the office of Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair. Her committee is already circulating the petition, and needs only 755 properly qualified voters to put the tax to a vote in the general election of 2014. A news embargo on an Attorney General's opinion received by Judge Ann Melton will be lifted at 4pmCT, today, July 31, 2012, and CM will have a story sometime later.
