Downtown Days Festival weekend begins with Homecoming

Activities start this morning, Friday, October 11, 2024 at 9amCT the Adair County Genealogy & History Research Center beside the Library on Greensburg Street for all who have ties to Adair County and are interested in family or Kentucky history.
Bring items related to Adair County history, your family's history or even your church or country store. Visit the Adair Genealogy & History Research Center building where you can visit and swap family stories and more. Inside the Research Center copiers will be available for easy sharing of materials, photographs, and more.

Land development topic at Chamber meeting

They were responsible for bringing land and housing updates from the industry from Pam Featherstone, President of the Kentucky Realtors Association; and Jeff Hinkley and Linda Flickinger of the SCKAR. The information was helpful in understanding the current housing crisis and what is needed in the industry and what local folks can do to help.

Groundbreaking held for new fitness center
