Birds of Kentucky: Cardinal makes dash for feeder
2013-11-19 - Fortune Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Pen. 2011-03-09 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Pen. In a now-you-see-it, now-you-don't moment, one of the Fortune Street cardinals makes a dash for the feeder. Cardinals are the favorite bird of many Kentuckians. They are a spectacular sight in gatherings, termed in CM's Birds of Kentucky a "College of Cardinals." This bird feeding, bird watching season, we're hoping some bird watcher will share a photo with 20 or more in one photo frame.
