2013-07-16 - ACPC, Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, - Photo by Ed Waggener. Paving at the new Adair County Primary Center got underway this morning, Tuesday, July 16, 2013, 29 days before Adair County Schools are scheduled to start on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Crews from Gaddie-Shamrock can be seen at work in the middle of the photo, paving one of the parking lots. The school is virtually on schedule. On Friday, July 26, 2013, one wing of ACPC will be turned over to the school, and floor waxing and move in will start. Other sections will follow, with the final stage being the completion of the cafeteria, the only area of the school which may open a few days after August 14, necessitating a few days of brown bag lunches prepared elsewhere and catered to the ACPC.
