Street party in Campbellsville

2014-05-21 - E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY - Photo by Larry Smith.
"This was just a small a part of the crowd which turned Max Wise's victory in the 16th Senate District race into a street party, rivaling the 4th of July. People were here from all over the district to join the celebration. Brothers BBQ on Main Street furnished BBQ for the party, and Mayor Tony Young cordoned off Main Street for the occasion. Wise carried 4 of the 7 counties - winning Taylor County by 9 to 1, and Adair County and Russell County by 2-to-1 margins." - LARRY SMITH, Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications (The WAVE, 92.7 FM, and the 99.9 FM the Big Dawg).
