District Judge Michael Loy administered the oath of office for Jeff Feese to be the new Adair County PVA. Feese was appointed April 30, 2014, by Governor Steve Beshear to succeed his father, Wm. M. Feese, Jr, who retired the same day. In the interim, Ben Williams, an official of the Kentucky Department of Revenue, served as Adair County's PVA. A youthful 63, Coomer entered his 44th year on April 14, 2014, as an employee of Lindsey Wilson College, the longest tenure of any at the institution.
