A mother's work is never done
2014-05-11 - KY 551, Adair County, KY - Photo by George Rice. A Mother’s love for her children whether they be humane, animal or fowls can only be thoroughly understood by God as He created Mothers. This mother robin seems to be admiring her babies after feeding them a morsel of worms. Christine and I have enjoyed the fellowship of this pair of robins as we observed their nest building and nourishing the newly hatched babies. Both the male and female robins worked diligently in building the nest and both took turns setting on the eggs. Then both birds feed the babies till they left their nest.
