Shannon Rowe wins race for constable - after all

City receives $1,998 Grant for Dash Cams and Tactical Go Bags

, left and Chief Jason Cross with representative Jon Steiner from KLCIS. - The City of Columbia was recently awarded $1,998 by the Kentucky League of Cities Insurance Services (KLCIS). The grant will be used for dash cams and tactical go bags. "We were very pleased to receive this grant," said Chief Cross. "We use every opportunity to make our city safer." Mayor Mark Harris added that, in these uncertain times, grants such as this one are a practical way to make our budget go further.

Campbellsville Police seek help locating Dustin Carter

The Campbellsville Police Department
is currently requesting assistance in locating Dustin Carter. White male approximately 23 years of age, 5'7", 135 lbs. The subject's residence is located at 467 Noe Road in Campbellsville. He was last scene wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans. The subject was involved in a Hit-And-Run auto accident, striking two pedestrians, on South Central Avenue this date. Anyone with information pertaining to Mr. Carter is asked to contact the Campbellsville Police Department at 270-465-4121 or to remain anonymous you can call the PRIDE line at 270-469-7743.
