Stuffed day lily blossoms were on the menu at the Adair County Garden Club usually on the menu when the Adair County Garden Club had it's last edible flowers class. The large flat elderberry blossoms such as this one are marked by elderberry wine enthusiasts at this time of the year to make gathering in the fall easier. The least tern nests at this time of year on sand bars and islands in the Ohio River from Paducah downstream and in the Mississippi River along Kentucky’s western border.
