Debbie's Blackberry Juice Recipe

D&D Longview Angus Farm
with a twist curtsey of Tucker's Station Farm's
Simmer 1 quart Blackberries with 1/2 cup water for 3 minutes.

Cool and strain the juice.

Add 2 cups water and 1/3 cup sugar.

Mix and enjoy! Drink cold or with ice.
For a little extra fizz mix half and half with Sierra Mist (or your choice of lemon/lime soda) and serve over ice. - Barbara Armitage
