I think this eggplant was at the big double-wide Coburg stand. They were behind Jay's BBQ, and had a store full of stuff. Everything was beautiful arranged, and the folks were so friendly. Didn't get a chance to talk to them, they were so busy. There was eggplant at several of the stands.
