Joe & Ada Troutman Coffey were accorded the honor of being the first to officially cross the new Cabin Creek Bridge, and did it in style in their Kawasaki Ranger. Growing up, they lived on opposite sides of Cabin Creek. Above they are momentarily head toward KY 92 at Pleasant Hill, the route to the Troutman family home at Joppa. After the ceremonial crossing, they returned in the opposite direction to the beautiful farm they shared on Old Montpelier near Acree Road.
