Downpour at Cane Valley, just after 3pmCT

2014-09-02 - New Life for the Nations, 5095 Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, CM.
There was such a downpour
on Campbellsville Road, at Cane Valley it seemed best to pull off and wait it out in the parking lot at New Life for the Nations, five miles north of the Russell Creek Bridge on KY 55 N. The one red tail light beyond the green could barely be seen. According to Lisa Greer in the CJE's office other had been no calls for road work at the time, around 3:05pmCT. Maybe Barbara Armitage is right and the serious weather will be gone in time for the first Tuesday afternoon Farmers Market on the Square, 4:30pm-7pmCT, in the Annex Parking lot, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY.
