Columbia Street Department: Making downtown spick & span

Tim Smith of he Columbia Street Department was making a turn to sweep Monroe Street, part of an early morning blitz clean up before Columbia receives hundreds or more guests who will be here for the visitation and services for Capt. Tony Grider. The entire Columbia City Street Department was out this morning detailing the town for the former City Council member, who was serving on the Columbia/Adair County Parks & Recreation Board at the time of his death.
