worked together to host a Women's Small Business Summit Wednesday, 24 Sep 2014, at the Civic Center. Around a hundred women participated in workshops centered around starting and/or growing businesses. Bridges of Adair County: Smith Homeplace Footbridge

VFW Commander Joe Hare interviewed for TV

Commander Joe Hare of VFW Post 6097, Columbia, KY was interviewed in his role as the leader of the Patriot Guard Riders who later in the day, participated in the procession to Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery, the final resting place for Capt. Tony Grider (1973-2014). In the interview, Commander Hare was eloquently summed up the unthinkable loss the extended South Central Kentucky Community has suffered: The tremendous love for Capt.
